  1. jetbrains would really do a smart thing if they did this with decent support, so that you could run like python notebooks, that would totally steal so many data scientists from python world…

  2. Awesome idea. But that's what i was afraid of: speed. "HelloWorld" compilation takes 7 seconds on MBP 16GB with SSD (Java 8), even after being compiled it's not so fast.. (~0.5s).
